I collect Cinefex of which I'm sure you've all heard of. I'm trying to track down a first addition or even some very early editions. Can anyone help. I will pay a fair price. |

They used to offer photocopies of out of print issues on the subscription page. Try calling them at 1-800-434-3339 (free in the US I think) |

Speaking of Cinefex... I've been meaning to bitch about this for a while now. Have you guys noticed how a lot of the fun has gone out of reading that mag with the advent of CG? How many pics of a guy sitting in front of a computer do I really want to look at. Oh, and here's the wireframe of the creature, ooooo. |

Thanks guys,I did realise about back issues etc, but as I collect Cinefex, I want originals & not photocopies. Yes, I know what you mean about the inventive ways of posing in front of a silicon graphics monitor & trying to make it look interesting. Give me real special effects anyday. Thanks guys. |

I agree with you other oldtimers. I love the smell of pryo in the morning! The spent black powder, the singed hair... |

i would rather have a real model anyday over a cg model, sure the cg would be easier to manipulate, but the real one would be more "real"------------------ I was normal once..... I didn't like it. sweet merciful crap! my car! - homer simpson check my site http://members.xoom.com/lyvewyer/index.html |
