Hi so far I've only ever made short films, I'm planning on taking a bold step and making a feature at the end of the year ( giving myself plenty of time ) I was wondering if enybody out there does make amature features, and if so what are your thoughts on going through with my plans or not. I'm really not sure weather I'm getting a bit ahead of myself yet.

Well the one major thing I can say is, as it looks like your doing: give yourself ALOT of time. This will cover pre-pro, scripts, locations, casting, production, the shooting, and post. The more time you give yourself, the less pressure obviously. Just pool the info you have learned about shooting films and stick with it. Good luck and have fun.
