I see "hercules" (the episodes/series; i donīt know how to call that in english) everyday and i wonder how they could make the bad guys fly high in the sky when hercules hits them. does anyone know more about that ? |

hmmm, i haven't seen the Hercules Series enough to know exactly what you mean, but it sounds like they use Wire Rigs.
They probably use wires to make the actors apear like they "fly" when being punched by Hercules, like the Wire Rigs they use in Hong Kong Action Movies.

i havent really watched it, but they may be using rigs, or just editing.

...or just special trampolines shot below the actor before a blue screen and erased in post. |

actually, they use spring boards. stunt guy steps on spring board, releasing the trigger, and FWOOM! chucked into the air. |

Thank you for your response, but i dinīt think that they use these things because the actors fly sometimes about 5m high into the sky and then crash into a building. And everything in one shot without any cut. |
