I went and checked some scripts; a Dawson's Creek Script (Hour) and A Dharma and Greg Script (1/2 Hour). The Dawson's Creek one ran for 22 pages and the D&G one ran for about 12. I thought it sounded too short myself, but allow time for commericials and it was written without any discription, it works out just about right.

Hi!

I think there's a rule saying that a page in a script should give you about 1 minute of film in the end if you use the correct format in your script.

i think the rule about 1 page=1 minute only applies to movies. and remember that TV shows are only 22 minutes long anyway if you take away commercials.
