hey guys, i need help thinking up a cool, yet original name for an angelic hero in one of my scripts.

i was going with Mariel (pronounced mahr-iel), but it still didn't sound so hot, and i really need a cool name, after all, he's Heaven's new arch angel.

so any ideas?

like in dogma, there was metatron, loki and bartleby.

there's also names liek tyrael, and izual.

and then there' biblical stuff liek gabriel and michael.

i need help guys!! a really cool, original, angel name.

Or Felix? There was a Saint Felix, I was confirmed with his name, hence my Member name.

Or Tyneel. Or Quincy.

What a crack up!!

I did know that, in fact I was only telling someone the other day that a kid in my year seven class nearly chose Satan to be his confirmation name. The preist talked him out of it though because he said he was doing it for the wrong reasons or something like that.

I think going to a catholic school kind of lowers your faith...I make jokes about the Church all the time. In fact I want to make a site called www.mattisgod.com , but I think it might be sacreligious...

Most angels have "eal", "ael", or "iel" or those sounds at the end of their names. MichAEL (an Archangel), GabrIEL (a heraldic angel), AzrEAL, et cetera. Lucifer is an exception, there are more.

Read one of them badly written black books they leave in hotel room drawers and you'll see what I mean.
