Topic: videowave 3 sound editing?

hey guys! gals too! I was wondering if Videowave 3 has a very good sound editing section to it? does it have the little L.E.D.'s that let you visualize the volume? that's kind of what i'm going for, so if you know a program that's as cheap as videowave 3,let me know.
BTW, is it a program you would recommend?
