i have done an animation in truespace 3/se...finished done, now i want to composite it over live footage, i use media mania...but the problem is, when i render my animation to 360 x 540 for example if its a plane it distorts changes shape makes fatter......WHY?

If you're going to put CG over live action, you have to match pixel ratios. If you're live action is going to be scaled down that small, the live action AND the CG should have a pixel ratio of 320x240. Anything other than that will look distorted once put back on a TV screen has which has a ratio of 640x480.(320x240 is half of that) I personally capture all footage and render all CG at 640x480. That way the images will be crisp and clear. 320x240 however, will result in slightly blured footage once put back onto a TV.
