EVERY time I start my computer, it prompts me to start Scandisk - Even if I have shut down my computer correctly. How do I stop this... I can not be bothered to sit through laborious disk scans every time I check my mail!!! -- and clicking cancel is getting very annoying!! How can I stop SD from running! (PS: There is nothing wrong with the disk, as when I do run SD it reports no errors)

Check your startup folder and make sure scandisk isnt set to run every time windows loads or check your task scheduler and see if scandisk is set to run on start up. |

No, scandisk is running in DOS not Windows. |

Do you have TWEAK UI installed? With the program you can ask if yoiu want SCANDISK to start each time you boot or never. |
