I've had some trouble getting my computer up to a video editing capacity. I'm planning on buying Premier, but I can't find i good video card. The one I just bought was an All in wonder 128. But I accidentaly bought an AGP card instead of PCI. And the dude from ebay won't take it back. Can anyone reccomend a good card? |

Hmm, if you're looking for an all-in-one sort of thing, go with the Marvel Matrox G200 TV. That thing kicks! Same compression as the DC10+ (MJPEG), it's a video card as well, has a tv tuner so you can watch tv on the computer, and it has an external box so you dont have to dig around behind the computer. Goes for about $250. IF not that, then the DC10+ will be good. Are you sure your MiniDV doesn't have digital outputs? It should be like "1394" or "Firewire" or if sony "ilink" I've never heard of a mini dv cam without digital outputs.------------------ "I'm Scared Sarge" "We're All Scared Son" Visit No Budget Films at: http://no_budget_films.tripod.com |
