photoshop is the best and you can load video and rotoscope if you have another program to convert it to .flm. (filmstrip)------------------ "I'm Scared Sarge" "We're All Scared Son" Visit No Budget Films at: http://no_budget_films.tripod.com |

i have Corel Photo-Paint 8. it supports a LOT of format types (including Photoshop's format), but i don't see a Filmstrip (FLM)file type listed.you could get Photoshop LE ($99) to open the filmstrip, then convert it to PSD, and open it in Photo-Paint. that's a lot cheaper than buying the full $600 version of Photoshop, and you can use PhotoPaint to do most of the stuff you would in Photoshop. anyway, that's my input |

Paintshop Pro will open .flm files and do much of what you want for about $99.Photoshop is the grand champ of image editing programs, and may be more than you need. It contains loads of functions used for outoutting to printing on professional presses that web and video users will never use or need. ------------------ Jeff F - Moderator Magic and FX Amazing the Masses |

Corel Paint can open video files, they dont need to be saved as *.flm, i have as yet to use it for rotoscopeing yet so i dont know how well it will do it.Dale Jenner |
