Topic: Capturing Problem HELP!

Hey, i am trying to capture my video i shot today ps - went awsome! "Connected As Dialed" horror flick, but anyway, everything is working but it always freezes @ about 7-8 minutes into capturing. I close all other programs ect and it still dosen't really work? I'm not sure whats wrong ps - it studio 400 from pinnacle systems------------------ SUNSET STUDIOS! Sounds like it might be the dreaded 2 gig file size limit that windows uses. |

I'd advice capturing in like 4-5 minute chuncks. Because if something happens to that one file, you'll have to capture all over again. Have smaller chunks can make things easier. Because when editing, having one big file can be annoying. |

If you're using studio 400 then an 8 min file definetly isn't going to exceed the 2 gig limit it will be closer to 150 Megabytes so you can rule that out |

i just read some of the manual, it says not to hook stuff up while the comp is on and i did, so i'll just shut it off, plug in the stuff and turn it back on and voila' Thanks guys, ps- the video takes a suprisingly small am,ount of space and then i put it onto cds to clear up more space ------------------ SUNSET STUDIOS!
