hey hows it going?

I was just wondering if anyone uses this camera and knows if there is a blue filter on it. my old vhsc camera has a blue filter on it so i think this one should too. If your wondering a blue filter is when your recording things in the day and it makes everything kinda blue and darker. My sony does this somethimes all on its own but only for a very short time if i point it at a window with light shining through and then it goes to normal if i turn away from it. i would like to know because this is an good way to make it look like your shooting at nihgt when you really arnt.

I tried twice recently to buy a blue filter attachment for my camera and both times the store lost my special order, so I think I'll shop somewhere else. If you don't have a built in digital filter you can always try to buy a tiffen blue filter for shooting day for night.

i've had much success with the promaster 80A filter for day-for-night shoots. i also recommend the hoya 82B if you just want your shots to look "cold".
