For right now, i have a non digital camera and was wondering if it is possible to get some music on my movie in the backround. One time i set it up and the music recorded but the screen went black instead of showing the picture.Any help will be greatly appreciated. ------------------

Ok I think I know what you mean. Yopu've already recorded video and now you want to add background music right? Ok Now do you want the original sound there as well or do you just want the music? |

get a mixer, a tape player, cd player, or whatever. hook your VCRs (or cameras) audio output into the boards input, then hook the other source(s) into the other inputs. hook the mixer boards outputs into the audio jacks of your 2nd VCR and then mix the sounds you need.if you're doing this on a computer, you can add up to 99 audio tracks in premiere, so you can get a real sounding sound track later TOm ------------------ What everyone seems to forget is that once we look past race, religion, gender, and all that, everyone on this planet is first and foremost... ...a PERSON LINKS(added to11/15) |

If you're doing this camera-to-VCR with no mixer or edit controllers hook it up like this: Camera video-out to VCR video-in Camera Audio(R)-out to VCR Audio(R)-in Second Sound source headphone jack to VCR audio(L)-in. Use an adapter to connect the CD player/tape player to the audio-in. Usually if you use the headphone out or speaker out jacks you can use the volume controller as a fader.Good Luck. ADOM |
