Can any one offer suggestions on how to put together a low/no budget device like they used in that movie "Pi" when the character was walking around the subway after suffering another head-ache. The rig was initially used in "Mean Streets" on Harvey Kietel. The rig is actually attached to the actors body with the camera on a wide angle lens giving a close mid shot. It's Like a kind of steady cam in reverse. I think the professional name for the rig is the 'doggey cam'. If anyone can offer any ideas on how to put a workable substitute rig togetner, it would be greatly appreciated.A red head stand with rope has had limited but not perfect results. | |
