Topic: Ulead Capture Card....Frequency? URGENT

Ok my card that I got with the Dazzle DV Editor badgers my sound. I went to Best Buy and the guy said its not the card, my comp (its brand new), or the camera! He said there must be some frequency thing that I have to change! What can I do??? HELP!!! | |
