Hi guys! Can anyone pleaase tell me what in cm or pixels or inches, the height and width of a blanck VHS tape. I really want to make a cover on the computer, but it has to be the exact size.Thanks!!  |

That depends on the resolution you want to create it at. I'd suggest at least 300dpi (dots per inch). So, a VHS cassette jacket is about 7.5 inches long and 4 inches wide.Do some simple math: 7.5 inches x 300dpi = 2250 pixels wide 4 inches x 300 dpi = 1200 pixels high. Have fun! Hey jeerome, I've been trying to do the same thing for a while. I made a template on my computer, I could send you if you'd like. I find it very helpful. Have you found any paper to use to print them on. The best kind I've found is plain old photo paper, but it's very expensive. I found a company that makes a program to make covers and paper to print them on, but that paper is even more expensive. Good luck!! |
