I was watching the making of sleepy hollow and it said that they put a blue mask over the the horsemans head, keyed out the blue, and put in a clean background plate(with no actors)behind it. Is this possible with MSP? i have that gimp paint prog.-Chase ------------------

With proper lighting and a good clean mask, it should be do-able.Isaiah ------------------

I did this for a guillotine movie. Take some pantyhose (steal your moms  ) I suggest buying new ones  . Spray paint it bright green, get a bunch of those neon green posterboards, pin them up, film the guy with the green, cut off pantyhose section over his head in front of the green wall. Key it out in MSP. Thats what I did ------------------

sounds good thanks! oh yeah one other prob, when i right click on a clip to key out the green, the "Overlay options" is unclickable  -Chase ------------------

Which video track is your clip in? If it's in "Va" or "Vb," then overlay isn't available. You need to put it on one of the overlay tracks. (V1, V2, V3)Isaiah ------------------
