Is it possible to make 2D animation such as burning fire in Photoshop? Are there any tutorials. Is it possible in Paint Shop? |

photoshop I'm pretty sure(about 90%)cannot do that....but a cheaper easier program called Jasc Paintshop can.....remember...photoshop was ment for photos....------------------

Xenofix is also a pretty good filter------------------
