Author Topic: Premiere Preview Jaymo

When ever i try to preview what i have done in premiere, all i get is a grey screen and no sound. I tried to reinstall the software, but i am still getting the same thing. I am not sure if this has to do with the fact that every time i start premiere that is says that quicktime is not supported. Has anyone had this problem before? Any ideas on how i could fix this?
