Does anyone know where I can find tips, tricks, tutorials, and even the manual for Adobe After Effects. I recently "recieved" it and I have no clue where to begin learning it. Thanks.

There is a site that is great for resources www.postworks.com/ae/
there is a user group where you can post questions at www.wwug.com/forum/adobe_after-effects/
As for learning the program I just broke down and got the book "Adobe After effects 4.0 class room in a book" from Amazon.com
