Famous makeup artist, Dick Smith, used pea soup mixed with outmeal to make puke for the Exorcist.

Also, "Cream of" soups (mushroom, anything) seem to work well. A little yellow food coloring might be needed.How watery it would be depends on why they're puking. I find that hangover puke is kind of liquidy. Ulcer puke should have some blood in it. And so on. Good Luck.

The great thing about fake puke is that as long as it's accompanied by a slimy yellow bile-type substance (soup works), you can pretty much throw food in a blender and see what happens. It's up to you how far along it is in the digestion process...Have fun!
