I have searched the internet and found various recipes of fake glass, the one I liked best was this:

You need 1/2 cup of water, 1 3/4 cup of white sugar,1 tbsplight corn syrup.

The recipe is great but when I try to make it to a bottle everything goes bad. I tried to make a mold of an old plastic bottle and I tried a mold of plaster. The sugerglass sticks to the mold and it's impossible to seperate it from the mold.

when I use the plasticbottle the hot suger just burns through So is there anybody out there that know how to make fake bottles.

You should use a silicone mold, and maybe strengthen it with a plaster mother mold.
A really good book on mold making is "The Prop Maker�s Molding And Casting Handbook" by Thuston James. If you�re interested in fx and breakaway casting buy it.
It�s difficult to make a bottle from sugar glass, I�ve found it much easier to make from thermoplastic resin. I posted a thing about this subject a few months ago where I tried to explain one technique involving an air pump. I think the topic was the same; breakaway bottles.
I also promised to get back w/ some pictures of the technique, sorry haven�t had time.
