I just got finished watching the Last Broadcast and it is now clear to me why it was never released in the theaters....It sucked. Even if it were released it wouldn't have done the business that BWP did. I recall they wanted to sue BWP for stealing the story....ummmm...okay....the to stories were nothing alike. And what was with that ending?I'm not a great film maker or anything but I think that it blew.------------------ The true meaning of life is our knowledge of inevitable death. The Last Broadcast was a film that was made a couple years back now that had some... similarities to the concept of the Blair Witch Project (Which is what BWP stands for, I'm assuming.)I haven't seen the film, but from what I've heard, the film is different but the CONCEPT (remaining footage of a "documentary" of a doomed film crew is found and played) has some interesting similarities. Also check out "Cannibal Holocaust" if you're looking for films that the BTW may have "borrowed" from. | |
