Well, I don't know how to make them WAV files, but I know how to capture from CD into Premiere...
Just go
Capture > Audio Capture
then select source which is you computer's microphone in. Then just get a cable to go from your CD player out to you computer's Mic In. Then capture it, and from there it's like any old Premiere sound file.

To convert CD music(CDA format) into WAV:
Go to www.mp3.com -> Files -> Look for a Ripper section -> Download CDex. Using CDex you can put a CD into your CD-ROM drive and convert(rip) the tracks into WAVs or MP3s.

All times are ET (US)
