I tried to export avi file to DV Gate motion but it sayed it is not a supported file. Could anyone tell me step by step how to fix this problem. There might be something set wrong where you put your settings.....I have no clue... Thanks!

Well, the first step is to read the manuals that came with the computer and Premiere. All of the appropriate settings came with the DVGate Motion. Follow them exactly.

If that still doesn't work, I may be able to help you, but without a more complete idea of your system, the problem, and what you've tried, I can't.
