anyone know a recipe for fake vomit? i need one that is rather runny, from having way to much to drink, and one a bit chunkier. hopefully something that doesn't taste awful, as i want the actors to have it in their mouth, then throw it up. any ideas?

well mooby, i would just hit the store and look for some stuff that would mix together to form the constiancy you're looking for...and possibly buy some mouthwash just in case it doesnt taste too good.

things to start with for the runny stuff would be broths, soups with the chunky stuff strained out, juice mixes...perhaps concentrated OJ (the juice juice, not "the juice" ) and if we're talking about drinking too much alcohol, well anything a drunk person eats while drunk *hic* will come back up...even bannanas, bread, oreos...it can get messy

for chunky stuff, start with creamed soups, "chunky" brand with the stuff mashed...you get the idea right

skim milk is probably the best choice for that white kind. Its runny enough so that it will drip and spread easily but thick enouigh so that its got texture and doesnt look watery. you can add chunks of real food for a more realistic effect. chopped carrots look pretty gross. if you want to get into the coloured type then just go to the store and get some assorted fruit juices. theres all sorts of pinks and greens, but they tend to be a little too watered down.

I thought I already posted this but i guess i forgot to press send or something.

try using yogurt and mixed with cottege cheese, perhaps cut with milk or something. It worked in peter jackson's movie "Bad Taste"

brunswick stew mixed with a little water depending on the thickness you want! It's perfect!

How about light brown gravy mixed with chopped tuna and some green peas?

We poured Grilled Serloin Steak with Hearty Vegetables Campbells Chunky soup on the floor and then toped it with some yougurt. Here what it looked like http://www.geocities.com/jackassery1/12.jpg . It doen't look perfect but if shown quickly it looks terrible.

All you have to do is think of what vomit really is... chewed up food, liquids and acid. So, chop up some food, cut it, chew it and mangle it into little peices. Mix it with juice, milk, coke.. and anything that you would drink. Then add a small amount of dishwasher, liquid soap. The actor wont like it but, the look on his face will be genuine! The soap adds bubbles that would be from acid in the stomach and re-gurjatation.
