Anyone know of websites that sell those weird contacts; cat eyes, robot, all white, all black?

If you go to wildeyes.com, you can find the nearest dealer in your area. I have a pair, that cost me $80

Oddly enough I had to go Saturday and get new glasses (EEK trifocals this time) but they had literature all over the place about these "costume" contacts (guess what from Wildeyes too). But since you have to get an eye exam to determine the curvature of your eye for proper fit, you might just try going to your local eye doctor (mine was - yes that's right - in WalMart) and pick up a pair there after your eye exam. Probably have to be ordered but they're fairly quick. And the sale I saw going was $36.95 per lens. Now THAT ain't too bad I'd say with choices galore. Check at WalMart's Vision Care Center to see what they have.

Good luck.

Have a pair of Wild Eyes. STRONGLY recommend them. Good turnaround time. Very comfortable. And very inexpensive.

One downfall, they have a fakish look to them when you are really up close.

p.s. I have the Wildfire style.

Right. The contacts that are really cheap do look fake in close ups. They are good for medium shots and it's a good idea to avoid profile shots, as they appear to be sitting on the eye. The contacts that are more expensive and custom painted, are laminated and they refract light like a real eye, but the "Wildeyes" and "Crazy Lenses" are good if you have a low budget and want something that looks great in medium shots.

What sucks is I just bought mine about three weeks ago and the only size they make is an 8.6. that is the general publics base curvature. Mine is an 8.3 so they slide a tad and i can see a little bit of white on the lower outside sections of my vision. I bought the white-outs
