Does anybody know how to do this. Like in Scream when he stabs Drew Barrymore that looked real. How did they do that? I want to know how they did the same effect when Sara Michell Gellar was stabed in Scream 2. Thank you for all your help!!!

why would you want to graphically display a knife piercing into the flesh of another human being? that's so nasty!
