--I dont know who else here is in art school, or has been, but, i use some products from this company. Alot of the supplies we use from school come from Dick Blick. yes, i snickered at the name in middle school, but, heres a link, if i can get it to work. it has supplies i think some people here might find usefull. so, give it a look. http://www.dickblick.com/homepage/a/

I've taught a number of art classes for more than a decade.NASCO and Triarco are also excellent sources of inexpensive fine arts supplies, including some neat molding and casting materials like Flex Wax. While the bulk acrylic artist paints made by both of the above companies don't have quite the opacity of professional grade brands (Liquitex, Grumbacher, Windsor & Newton) their in-house brands are CP non-toxic, durable and excellent for FX work. The price is too good to say no to. I often buy it by the half gallon, but the pints are a good value as well. http://www.nascofa.com/ ----------------- Jeff F - Moderator Magic and FX Amazing the Masses [This message has been edited by Jeff F (edited 01-24-2001).] |
