I recently e-mailed Tom Savini about the creation of a bruise. This was his response. I thought it would be nice to post a professional's technique. quote: You will need some yellow, some brown, some purple and some red. Start with the yellow and make sure you don't extend any other colors all the way past the yellow. Sort of leave a yellow border around the bruise. Mix in some red and purple and you will start to see the bruise forming. The rest is up to your eye. Tom Savini
It isn't that informative but I thought it was cool.

No,he only had to do with Dawn and Day of the dead,doing makeup effects in both and playing a biker named blade in Dawn,and he also directed The remake of Night of the Lving dead.He was supposed to do the makeup effects in Night but ended up having to go to Vietnam instead.
