ok...ive got a slight hiccup of a problem...my first is this: is there any way to import or use quicktime clips using the software that comes with the dc10? second: for some reason when i try to make a movie as an AVI in premiere it gives me an error that says something like unsupported codec...or some crap like that...how do i make files as avi's in premiere? anf finally, for some reason when I make a file in premiere as a quicktime after doing some effects work using photoshop, the playback of the quicktime file is VERY choppy...misses frames... and so on...HELP WITH EVERYTHING PLEASE!!!!

As I believe it, the Studio DC10+ cannot import Quicktime clips, it can only work with AVI's that are compressed using the MJPEG CODEC. Otherwise (if using 3rd party software to export) your clip will not print to video. As for the second question, always make sure that you are using the Studio DC10+ MJPEG CODEC as your compressor. This may or may not help, but I'm pretty sure it will. If it doesn't, post at the Pinnacle Studio Forum:

Third question, well, we need more info. It could be any number of problems. I'm guessing either a slow HD or a bad installation of Quicktime. Try some diagnostics on your hard drive and reinstall the latest version of Quicktime.
