I bought a secondhand mirovideo dc10 a while ago but can't get it to work. I've used it in my old computer, but now when I try to install it in my new one it doesn't work. I install everything but when I restart my computer it seems to "loose" the card. It says "hardware not found" or something. Once I tried it without restarting and I got picture for a while, but then it crashed. Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be? I'd be REALLY grateful!

First rule of troubleshooting is to download any patches from Pinnacle's website. Actually that is the second, first is to restart the computer, but you already did that.

Some of those old dc cards had very specific memory needs. Try putting the application you are trying to use with the card in your "startup group" .Then reboot. This should force it to load first (reserving that memory it needs before other programs start.) I did this with my Dc1 and it worked ok. Hope this helps
You may have to uncheck the "use automatic settings" box under the device in your device menu.
