Here's the Pinnacle System's Weboard:
http://webboard.pinnaclesys.com/cgi-bin/ultimate.cgi I have the DC10+ and use it with Premiere. It takes a little bit of work, but it can be done. Here are somethings you can't do with Premiere and the DC10+:
1. Capture directly from Premiere.
2. Output from Premiere's Print to Video (you can output from the timeline though, but you have to render it first).
That's about it, everything else works seemlessly. I'd recommend getting AVI_IO for capture and output. You can download a 30 day trial at:

It's great for capturing long AVI's (bigger than 2 gb's).
