ok...my problem is this. whenever i use video captured through the dc10+ with premiere, i get no sound. basically: no sound in premiere, even when i render audio and export. i also made sure "export audio" was checked. any ideas? |

I have a dc30 plus, so it may be different, but try this. Goto start--->settings--->control panel. Click on a button/icon that says "Multimedia". A screen box should pop up with various fill-in boxes and properties. Under "recording" there should be a drop-down list containing all the sound inputs. Check the one corresponding to the card. It could be something like "Miro..." or "DC 10..." or "Pinnacle Sys" or "Capture card.." etc. good luck, email with additional questions -Taylor Innovative Film Productions, LLC
