I'm doing stop motion animation and need a capture card to do it. I also need a new graphics card soon. Does the Voodoo 3500 support stop motion in Premiere?

Yes it does, ONLY if you get the latest drivers from 3dfx's website. Check back a week or two for a similar post from BIG JIM SLATE and Avalon for the URL.
