The DC10+ seems to be the card of choice. Find one used on eBay. Don't be so paranoid!Isaiah [This message has been edited by Prism (edited 03-04-2000).] |

The Dc10 is ok,but the matrox marvel g400(£220) is slightly better for picture quality (704x576).Those two cards are analogue and pretty cheap. If you really want a good capture card though i would suggest the Raptor(£550) for digital and the Fast Av Master (£450) for analogue. [This message has been edited by Paul D (edited 03-04-2000).] |

What is with all this "don't kill me" stuff lately. We're not here to kill, we're here to help (well, most of us at least ).I have the DC10+ and must say that it is the best card in its price range ($200 USD). It's great if you're on a budget and have analog equipment. It comes with a nice editing program, but it will also work with Premiere. The quality, in my opinion, is great (640x480 @ 3mb/sec). If you are going to get a cheaper card, this is the one to get. |

Thats what I though the DC10. Most people seem to like this card. Well anyhow as for the don't kill me, I thought that people would get mad at me for posting this topic as it is talked about quite often. |

Go the DC10+. It's results are brilliant and it's cheap. I've been VERY pleased with the quality.------------------ Sausage's Lounge Area |
