Does anyone know of a good but cheap capture card? My budget is about 400 bucks (I actually don't have that much but I can save). If anyone knows this information please reply. Also, I would rather buy one new but I won't mine if its of of ebay.

get the pinnacle systems dc10+ i got it sunday, and im so completely happy with it. i highly reccomend it. and it only cost me about 150
