Okay, my mind is made up, I am going to buy the DC10, I know I can get it on the web, but I want to buy it from a store, I checked CompUSA, BestBuy, Software Plus, and many other computer stores, and can't find it. Where did you guys get yours?Thanks,

Forgive me, but this question is asked WAY too much. I recommend that you find a used one on eBay and bid on it. You'll get everything you want for cheaper than you'd expect to pay at dinky places like CompUSA & stuff.Isaiah |

no thanks, I found one on www.egghead.com for 189.00 i quess I'll just buy there, at least it will be new. |

Do not buy dc10. You can get better card for about the same price. It does not capture full pal/ntsc------------------

Actually the DC-10 does capture full video, the minute amount of cropping is in the off screen area and it helps lower the data rate. This does not change the fact that all capture card companys suck, as does pinnacle.------------------

Doesnt the dc10+ capture at 640x480??.Pal res is 720x576,not sure about ntsc (as i live in uk). I didnt realise the off screen area was so big. Anyone know the exact dimensions of how much is displayed and how much is off screen?. |

ok, the dc10+ is awesome. i just got mine and i love it. i got it at compusa for $149.99 a great deal.------------------

Alright I checked my options-You can choose to crop or not In NTSC it can capture 640x480 or 608x464 In PAL it can capture 768x576 or 720x540 So thats full screen in both formats. Thats as good as you can get. You may have been thinking of the MP-10. ------------------
