Recently in a lot of music videos and movies there have been a lot of these (not sure of correct term)
I am talking about that effect where they have one shot, then seem to zoom/radial blur to another scene. It look very cool, how is it done? It is done everywhere now, sometimes slightly differly, but with the same general idea.
Can anyone provide me with details on exactly how to do this, or a tutorial?

I saw this really cool thing, I think it was in a pop video - not really sure.
I tried it and it works in After Effects.

"Start with the band playing, then the whole frame moves quickly back with a motion blur and is a picture on a wall (zoomed in) whit zooms out - to reveal the band playing in a nother room. Difficult to explain but I think it looks a groovy transition." This a post I read that describes sort of differently what it is.

Yes, that was me... I can't appologise more for not checking back - and for not being clearer in my instructions
I will type up a tutorial the best I can, is After effects ok?
