For those of you who are poor, like myself, here are some fre vido editing programs that are downloadable for both the PC and also for Mac. the PC was called FreeDV but there is another one at the site now so you'll have to look for the name. the Mac is called EditDV unpluged. They are limited with only 1 trace of video and 3 tracks of sound, 10 transitions and no filters but what do you want for free. the site is [url]www.digitalorigin.com The recomended system requirements are pentium II, 400mhz.64mb ram and for Macs G3,G4,iMacdv and powerbook w/firewire. I hope someone can use this. |

I played around with Edit DV Unplugged when I was looking for a free alternative to iMovie, and it sent me running back to Apple's little program half an hour into my Edit DV experience.Let me tell you something, that program is nothing but trouble ------------------ You are nothing!
