This kind of fits in the computer section, so...yeah.

Anyways, has anyone ordered anything from videoguys.com? I see the url thrown around a lot, but I never hear any comments about their service. Good...bad....UGLY? Did you order something and it was promptly delivered within a week? Or did you order something that was almost never existent, but then it showed up in a mangled ups box?

I'm just trying to find out how good (or bad) they are.

I purchased a DV Raptor from them to replace my Pinnacle DV500 system. It arrived just when they said it would and was exactly like I ordered.

I wouldn't really trust their "reviews" since they seem to like everything, but their order fullfilment service was great.

I also purchased a dv raptor from them and Boris AE. I had no troubles.
