okay, i'm not making a bluescreening room or anything, i'm hooking up an editing suite. i think i have it all figured out, but there's always something one could've learned about before doing something. so here's my planned set up:group one:
graphics computer. all the rendering, editing, inputting/outputting, game playing, big stuff etc.
group two:
text/internet computer. i'll be doing all the writing, photo editing, internet downloading, scanning, zip driving, etc on here.
group 3:
tv, vcr, dvd, audio reciever, stereo. just input/output stuff.
im going to run windows 98SE on both machines and network them together with a basic cable.
my question is, has anyone ever done this here? and if so, what advice do you have? or does anyone have anythign to say about this? what should i buy in addition to this, in terms of external accessories?
