Has anyone tried to convert movie trailers in Quicktime format to AVI? Using Premier 5.1c, I only get the lower half of the movie displaying no matter what codec I use or what combination of fields, screen sizes, etc etc.Has anyone had any success converting QT to AVI? ------------------ Sausage's Lounge Area |

It works fine to me. I easily converted the Final Fantasy movie quicktime trailer into DivX without a problem. What's the specific problem? |

As above, It converts ok but only th bottom half of the movie appears. The top half is cut off. Weird.------------------ Sausage's Lounge Area |

I've never personally had any problems doing this - I converted the Little Nicky trailer perfectly using Premiere. That's when I realised..You can convert it using the quicktime player!! If you have the registered version, that is. Allan. ------------------

Make sure your output settings are either the same, or some similar settings. If its a 320x240 .mov file, don't try and make it into a 720x480 DivX. |

Yes I tried a variety of sizes, however, I would always get the QT source size and use that as my final output size.------------------ Sausage's Lounge Area |
