When I export to tape, my slow motion (that looks fine on comp) and still frames that are paused where there was alot of movement comes out jittery. Why? Can I get rid of this? I think I heard something about de-interlacing but not sure can someone help me out?

This sounds like an interlace problem. There are a couple of ways around this, one would be to deinterlace all the footage, which would also result in motion looking a bit more 'cinematic' since you're basically reducing the framerate. You're bound to lose a little detail in this process though.

The other way is telling the software how to use the fields, especially in slomos and other kinds of stuff it's important the software knows which field comes first.

The exact approach depends a little on the software you use, and whether you want to deinterlace or not.

So let me know, and I might have some more info...
