I followed the manual tutorial on front projection mapping in A:M, everything worked, except there were no shadows cast my the CG object. I found another tutorial for this online, which let me download the project file. The shadows worked for it! I think it might be a problem with my software or something.-Chase ------------------ "...but movies cost millions of dollars to make. I did the same thing and got the same results. I can't remember how I fixed it, but there was a step omited in the manual. I'm pretty sure it was something to do with the shadow options in the light settings. "Use soft edge shadows" or something like that. Try turning on all the shadow options.

I tried all of the shadow options, but no luck. I emailed support, but they are confusing me even more.-Chase ------------------ "...but movies cost millions of dollars to make. Check to see if shadows are turned on in your render options. In addition to all the light, object, etc settings, shadows have to be turned on in the render options for any object to cast shadows. I think it defaults them off when your create a new camera/composition to speed up render times. I know I've made that mistake a few times. | |
