I have 3D Studio Max 3.1 and have absoultely no clue how to use it and no experience with 3D rendering modeling. It is way over my head. But, I want to learn. I was wondering if anyone knew of any free internet tutorials for beginners that could walk me through some of the basics of learning the program, and where I could find them.
Also, I have photoshop 6.0. I know how to use it basically, but right now it is just like a fancy paintbrush. Is there any free internet tutorials that can teach me some of the more advanced stuff such as layers and layer manipulation, picture effects, and other features like the cloning tools, blending, lens flares, etc...
I would really like to learn to use these tools.
