u mean you want a piece of hardware that's hard-coded to take IN data to one that makes data go OUT? you're kidding, right?

If you're talking a composite male to female (or visa versa) adapter, yeah they've got those. Browse your local Radio Shack (or the equivalent)

Yeah, but other than that, you're not going to get video IN through your video OUT port.
