u mean you want a piece of hardware that's hard-coded to take IN data to one that makes data go OUT? you're kidding, right?------------------

If you're talking a composite male to female (or visa versa) adapter, yeah they've got those. Browse your local Radio Shack (or the equivalent)------------------
