I can't view at least half the videos on here. I have Window's Media Player and I keep getting an error saying:
"Cannot play back the video stream: no suitable decompressor could be found."
What program can I get to successfully play all video files? Sorry if this is the wrong room, I couldn't think of where else to post it.

make sure you have Media Player 6.4 (don't get 7, it's Win ME-style) go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/en/download/win32ie4x86.asp

sometimes just reinstalling it will fix a file or a setting that might have gotten corrupted.

oh, also, a lot of people post their videos in Quicktime or RealPlayer format. If you don't have them then it will try to open in MediaPlayer but will fail. i would recommend getting the latest version of quicktime http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

don't forget some might also be in the DivX Mpeg4 codec format, which can be found at http://divx.ctv.cc

All times are ET (US)
