Please download this clip I did and tell me what you think.
Constructive Critism please.
To download get rid of the http://
and copy the link into your browser.
The link is http://www.geocities.com/risetown/gunshotvcd.mpg
It's a small download but good quality.

If you guys are interested I'll put on the images of the flames and the instructions on how to do this on your computers.

Thanks
Please respond it's one of my first times posting!

Heh, that was pretty cool. The flames looked just a little rough around the edges, but other then that they were good. The sounds effects were nice to, although I think it would have been a little more effective if the whole clip had sound.

Well, you need to have the atmosphere react with the gunshots. Have the room brighten on the frame the blast is. I think it looks good. It's not exagurated too much like Hollywood does. Nice job!

PS. I think most of us already know how to do that, its pretty basic.

Thanks a lot for responding. The flames are a little rough around the edges because I took them out of them matrix by drawing black around it and then luminancing it in premiere. The movie is silent other than the sound effects because there weren't enough spaces for the movie's sound because I overlapped the gunshots. But thanks for the input Black Mantis. (if this were for a real movie I would definetly have the original sound in the backround).

As for making the atmosphere brighten I will definetly take that into consideration. Thanks a lot for the input sarge.

Anyone else?
