Topic: Flicker festival in Baltimore

I don't know if anyone here is from the Baltimore/Washington area, but I'm starting a Flicker Baltimore. Flicker is basically a small monthly festival for local independent and student filmmakers. The only rules for entry are 1) Films must be under 15 mins and 2)Films must have originally be shot on film, not video.If anyone's interested, email me awatts@nationalgeographic.com -A |

I'm in the area but the movie I'm working on is over 15 min. (around 25 min.) and is shot on DV  ------------------
